We helped to transform an outdated and inefficient HD UHC (High Density Universal Holding Cabinet) into an easy to use, energy conscious device. We analyzed the workflow, built interactive simulations, and moderated research sessions throughout the iterative design process with the goal of making the UI as efficient as possible. The new High Density UHC is the most important piece of equipment in the kitchen. It's the heart of each McDonald's, and it's never had such a healthy and vibrant pulse.
