ADT Security's install technicians were using outdated software to manage their workday, and Earlybird was asked to create a brand new application for Windows 7 on the Dell Duo. Technicians had been relying on multiple applications to do their job, and we were able to blend all of the necessary functionality into a single, straightforward application. We also transitioned what had been a labor-intensive point and click interface to a streamlined touchscreen UI. The new application saved time, made the techs' jobs easier, and surpassed the expectations of ADT's business stakeholders.
