Valvoline’s engineers had an abundance of chemical knowhow. Their business groups were searching for new ways to generate revenue. I assembled a team to bridge the gap between the two groups. We planned and conducted research sessions to learn more about the people who use Valvoline's products, and to uncover opportunities for new revenue streams. These sessions fueled the generation of dozens of design concepts, several of which are now in development.

↑ Dozens of ideas were generated over the course of the project.
↑ A built-in funnel ain't such a bad idea.

↑ Burst Pack Sponge. Just squeeze it to soak the sponge in cleaning solution.
